our process is designed to

help you succeed

Phone Call

All our projects start with a phone call or a face to face meeting. The crew at Niby Design Group like to get to know our clients on a personal level. We believe that strong working relationships are crucial to build an effective website, typically a custom wordpress design, that tells your company story. Buying a potential client a cup of coffee is one of the perks of the job.

After our initial project meeting, we start planning the blueprint for your project. This is typically a schematic that illustrates the major components of your project. Whether is a custom wordpress design or a marketing brochure, we start with pencil and paper. We also begin exploring initial content creation and placement. A lot of time is spent drawing, doodling, and conceptualizing your project on trace paper or our ipads. This phase includes a wireframe of your project and brainstorming ideas with you to flush out a core vision.

Once the foundation has been set and agreed upon, we quickly move into design. In this phase the colors, textures and patterns for the design are developed. We’re busy working in photoshop producing mockups and concepts for you to review and provide feedback. Looking back at the blueprint created in phase one, insures all our products stay true to this document and continue to develop your story.

After we have agreed upon the design direction it is time to begin the process of implementing the concept. This involves cranking away at the computer coding and making your site come alive, or working with our printers to insure your product is printed with your vision in mind. Great design is more than a pretty picture. Great design works for you when you’re not working. It is a combination of aesthetics and function.

Follow Through

Once we deliver you a completed custom wordpress design or product we make sure to check in with you to see how things are going.
